Use only safe product context
The Vaeoria Assistant is for platform questions and support. Do not include patient names or contact details, health information, dental images, passwords, security tokens, signed links or invitation credentials.
Email is not identity
A visitor email starts as unverified contact information. It does not reveal or create a clinic account and is not a marketing subscription. Mailbox verification is required before a visitor request becomes active or receives a protected history link.
Retention defaults
Unsubmitted Assistant conversations are eligible to clear after seven days of inactivity. Verification links expire much sooner. Resolved request content becomes eligible for retention redaction after 12 months unless an authorised hold applies. These operational defaults are not a claim of legal compliance.
Protected replies
Support notifications intentionally exclude user-authored message text. Read and reply through the protected Vaeoria thread. Replies sent directly to an IONOS mailbox do not automatically synchronise into Vaeoria.
This page describes the Assistant’s first-release handling. Formal company privacy policy and service terms remain approval-controlled documents and should be reviewed before live activation.
